Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Golden with a thin foam. Aromas are toast malts with lemon and apple. Spicy and clean on the nose. Flavours are bitter lemon with peppery hops. Quite heavy on the palate for its strength. Biscuit malts with a dry finish. A good session brew.

Cask - The Cottage, Norwich. Fine, lasting creamy white head, fullish lace; clear golden body. Soft, slightly buttery citric hop aromas. Sweet orange, apple, floral hop & lots of underlying biscuity malt. Light body, soft mouthfeel, medium length pithy lemon finish. A drinkable session golden.
