2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Draft at brewery. Cloudy golden color. Aroma slight with a bit of citrus and hops. Mouth feel was about average or a little weak. Very little head that quickly dissipated. Overall I thought it disappointing. Bitter with no other flavors.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Kentucky Fried Charleston Beer #61. Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark amber color with a very thin white head. Poor head retention. Aroma of toasted malts, floral and citrus hops. The taste is caramel malt, raisin, toasted malt, faint hops and a sweet finish. Medium bodied, low carbonation, slight lingering bitterness.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Copper redish beer that is too bitter (seems to be their thing) good thick aroma...tastes more like an IPA than a pale ale

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
From brewery tap. Pours a hazy orange with no head. Aroma was citrus hops. Taste was flat and mild. Not carbed enough and needs more bitters.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Deep, ruddy oak color, light lacy head. Tangy, slightly candied, light tannic aroma. Mellow, quality malting. Woody, prominent hopping. Lightly sweet and Fuggles-y. Long, mild bitter finish. Medium body. A very nice UK/Am PA. On tap, Hunter Gatherer.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the World Famous Hunter Gatherer Columbia, South Carolina. Unfiltered orange-brown body, thin beige-tan head. Straightforward APA, not so impressive, watery, some light chewy malt tones and some soapy, bitter orange hops. Hop forward enough to make it tolerable, either way not so inspired or cohesive of an effort. Straightforward, bland, leans toward the West. A 3 seems awfully generous.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap at the Brewpub in SC. 100+ degrees outside and I was an Oregonian in trouble. A very mild and weak Pale Ale. Not a bad beer, just needs more of everything. Was suprised that their India Pale Ale was a seasonal and not offered.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught at the brewpub. Ok hopping, very light malt, light flavor all around, really. Ok, but not really interesting, could use more hops and malt. Easy drinking, though, and decent.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
deep orange amber colour with a touch of white foam. Being a classic American Pale Ale, can you guess what the nose was? Yes, citrusy, grapefruity hoppiness - which is exactly what I want and expect from an American Pale. Drinking the beer was an exercise of sweet caramel malts providing a nice counterbalance to the zingy, orangey bite of the hops. Clean and very easy to drink.
