Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, yeasty, vomit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Pigís Ear. Clear amber beer, tiny white head. Light dry palate with some body. Good citrus hops with lacto malt. Unfortunately sulphur rears itís ugly mug and the finish is a bit dry.
