Clear brown color/ beige head. Spicy rye bread, roasty malt aromas. medium body. Good grainy dark rye toast flavors, with a mild sweetness to finish.

~Banana aroma with light rye malt. Spicy ~Clear walnut wood color with small white head. ~Banana taste with touch of spicy rye. ~Medium full body with med low carbonation. Banana yeasty and malty finish. ~Delicious rye hefeweizen. Good mixture of hefe yeast and rye. this turned out really well.
