At the Brewhouse and sitting in the sun doesn’t help ther lack of carbonation.Definitely caramel malts shine through. Not terribly flavorful but a good session beer.Adequate, nothing special.

Draught at the restaurant. Probably the better of the ales we tasted today. Not sure about the Irish Ale classification because it seemed more like a hoppier amber ale; good balance with the malt though.

~Light caramel malt aroma. ~ Amber color with small white head. ~Rich caramel malty flavor with some chocolate and woody notes. ~Medium body, medium carbonation. Malty woodsy finish. ~Good amber. Very malty. Would be nice with more hops for better balance.

22oz bottle poured a nice red color with a small off white head. The aroma was mainly caramel malt with some toasted notes. The taste had no bitterness with a big emphasis on malt.
