UPDATED: JUN 26, 2007 Brewer Greg Gerovac (formerly with Fordham and Sweetwater in the Wash. D.C. area) brewed this ESB for Huntington Beach’s anniversary - the party will be this October. It has Golena and First Gold hops and is about 37 IBUs. Minimal head from tap, copper color, rich, some hop bitterness, but not too big. Some mineral/metallic bitterness in the finish, but flavorful.
