Jun 26, 2007 Fresh batch put on tap today. Brewer Greg says around 5%; not dry hopped. Centennial, Cascade, and Williamette hops. Gold color, significant white head of mixed size bubbles. Relatively light in the malt department with some bitter hops for flavor and in the finish.

Nov 15, 2006 Tap @ Brewpub. Orange golden color with a laced white head. A pine hop aroma. Smooth with light malts and a touch of sweetness. Rating from 2005 notes.

Sep 21, 2006 22oz bottle poured a hazed amber color. The aroma had a bad Belgian yeast character that was definitely infected. Taste was the same with a very bad infection going on. Would have to try this again if it’s clean.

Dec 31, 2003 Clear, light golden amber appearance, minimal foam. Lightly fragrant aroma. Palate is hoppy and biscuity, with slight tropical fruit tones in the middle and a mild bitterness in the finish.
