COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light and quenching ale, lower both in calories and alcohol. The mellow honey-like malt sweetness is followed by a dry easy finish with a light aroma of freshly sliced cooking pears and subtle spicy hop flavor. Appearance is a golden tint of blond with a tight, lingering head. Drown the heat of spicy boiled crawfish, or serve with seafood po-boys, Cajun blackened fish or wood-fired gourmet pizzas.

on tap-pours a dissipating off white head and yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is mild grain. Taste is grain-some sweet/caramel, slight hops then some musty/cardboard.

Nice golden colour. This has a honeyish sweetness and some pear esters. On the palate, it’s freshly cracked grain. It finishes with a late, light crispness.

Clear golden with small tan head and some lacing. Sweet honey-like mild aroma that is also fruity, with apple and pear. Medium carbonation. Light crisp and refreshing but on the sweet side with a sweet finish. A promising introduction to the lineup here.

GAManiac (1906) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - JAN 1, 2009
Pours a clear straw color light bubbly head recedes quickly to nothing – no lacing. Aroma is pretty muted with some light grains and a faint light fruit sweetness. The taste is of toasted grains and light malts. The body is very thin and light carbonation. This is certainly not as offensive as some light lagers I’ve had and is pretty drinkable. Nothing groundbreaking and probably a decent way for most non-beer geeks to get started at a brewpub.

BeerandBlues2 (6138) - Lone Tree, Colorado, USA - MAY 12, 2007
Draught. Pours clear dark yellow with a spare frothy white head, mostly diminishing, spare lacing. Aroma is average malt (grain, cereal), light hops (grass), average yeast (sweat) with notes of vegetable and dust. Light bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity and bitterness; husky grain malt flavor.
