UPDATED: JUL 30, 2009 Can 71 cl. Clear deep golden with a white head. Sweet corn aroma. Medium body, sweet notes of corn, a little metal, a little sulphur with a discreet bitterness. 100709

(Can 70,9 cl) Pours pilsener golden with a small, white head. Vague aroma of malt. Medium-bodied but still manages to appear watery and sloppy. Notes of corn, some alcohol and then nothiing much more. And certainly no bitterness. 3/2/3/1/6=1.5 010406

Can. Smalk head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, alcohol and notes of hops. Awful!

Can, 25oz. A clear, lightly pale golden beer with a diminishing white head. Some alcohol on the nose, fruityness and a very faint touch of pale malts. The flavor pretty much the same, missing big time on the bitterness. A tad thin on the palate, low and soft carbonation. Yet another forgettable beer. 130811

24 oz. can. Good old A-B sweet corn aroma. Not even grassy hop. Light brassy gold color with a decent white head. Thin to medium bodied; moderate, fizzy, carbonation. Tastes like malt liquor. A bit sicky sweet, no noticeable hop. Not so disgusting as many of this ilk. Not a great tasting finish, but it is clean.

A: The pour is a pale golden color with a very short lived white head. S: The nose is not as bad as I expected, but certainly heavy on the alcohol. There is also a lot of sweet corn and rice and a slight sour and metallic tinge. T: The flavor mimics the nose for the most part with a bit of a mineral taste to it. The alcohol is fairly pronounced as the beer is cold but just becomes more apparent as it warms. M: The body is light with a high level of carbonation which is pretty much standard for malt liquors. D: This is not really any worse than other malt liquors I have had, but I would say there are better options out there in this category. The booze is a bit too noticeable for me.

Big can. Poured amber color with a large frothy off-white head that diminished slowly and had some lacing. Light sweet grainy aroma. Light body with soft carbonation. Light sweet soapy flavor with a alcohol finish.
