3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 UnionMade (621) - USA - JUL 10, 2003
Pretty good. Pours a pale yellow gold, with a thick white head. Aroma is slightly corona-like. I guess that's a caribbean style aroma. Very light, with mild german hops. Flavor is light, light, light. Not bad, particularly for this heat wave. I'm actually desiring beer of this style right now. I never thought I'd say this, but it's too hot for imperial stout and doppelbock. Lightly malty, lagery, with a semi dry hop finish. Crisp and clean. A pretty good beer.
2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 wnoble (697) - French Lick, Indiana, USA - APR 1, 2012
Clear gold with minimal head. Nose is biscuit and light bread malts, mild flower hops and light oxidation. Medium dry finish and again the mild malts and light flower hops in the taste but not that much going on there. meh
2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 bhensonb (7598) - Woodland, California, USA - JAN 18, 2012
Bottle from Liz. Pours lightly hazy gold with a temporary white head. Aroma is sort of bready, but maybe grainy would be more appropriate? Near med body. Flavor is light and arbuably clean, but crisp? How can it be a pils without hop? Arguably it’s lightly bitter, but perhaps only because there’s not much flavor at all.

1.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 MmmcKay (894) - Brentwood, Tennessee, USA - JUL 5, 2011
My uncle in law Phillip first tried this beer and his face turned twisted and ugly. Maybe it’s not quite that bad, but it smells terrible. Drain pour.
1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 drowland (3902) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 26, 2011
4/25/11. 12oz bottle. Slightly hazed golden pour with a small fluffy white head that sticks. Corn and green apple aroma with a nasty salty corn flavor wrapped in apple peels. Florida Beer Company - you suck!
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 blipp (3920) - Newark, New Jersey, USA - JAN 5, 2011

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 13/20 Capa (1637) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 15, 2010
Pale, clear, and golden. Light on the aroma and flavor. Some malts, medium crispness to the hops, light herbal and floral notes, sweetness, corn, too. It went down easy on the hot, SW Florida, afternoon.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 paultheguru (636) - Orlando, Florida, USA - AUG 21, 2010
A: pours a crystal clear straw yellow color. white head. low retention rate. light, fickle lacing. I could read a newspaper through this beer.
S: huge corn malt aromas, no hop aroma.
T: tastes...caribbean style. light, some flavor, but disappointing. too much corn malt for me.
M: low bodied, medium carbonation, very clean.
D: very easy to drink. decent pils, but too much missing for me. needs some hops, to accompany the massive corn flavor.
