2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 jhliesen (512) - West Melbourne, USA - MAY 27, 2006
Bottle-The color was brown with red tinges, the head was white and small. The aroma was of fruit, maybe raspberry, but more like Eggo waffle, so was the taste.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 OmegaX (542) - Florida, USA - MAY 17, 2011
Bottle into regular ol’ glass. Aroma is excellent with a fresh raspberry/preserves scent and some solid wheat in the background. The pour was pretty good, too. Nice off-white head and amber/reddish body. Clear, not murky with lacing to boot. Taste was o.k. with a solid wheat, pizza dough-like front. Definite raspberry in their too, not hidden like many other fruit-wheat beers. The combo leaves a somewhat bitter finish from the malted wheat. Not bad at all and refreshing. Definitely better than Dogfish Head Fort (in comparison to another raspberry beer) but it will never get any deserving credit because it’s not a big name brewery, in my opinion anyways :)
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 drowland (3902) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 18, 2011
4/19/11. 12oz bottle randomly found by the wife at ABC. Clear brown/red pour with a bit off-white head that sticks. Decent fresh raspberry aroma but a hint of some sort of off fake aroma. Super fake raspberry lip gloss flavor. Too sweet and tastes very fake - as the color shows. If there were raspberries in this, it wouldn’t be brown or orange. Lame. This brewing company sucks... why do they remain in business? I have never had a beer from them that was even remotely drinkable and it pisses me off.

12 oz bottle from Publix. Pours dark amber with a white head. Nose is raspberry puree and sweetness along with some miscellaneous sweetness. Flavor is about the same with some wheat character in as well.

Bottle thanks to jcwattsrugger. Pours a light red in the glass. Semi clear. Nose is overpowering berry juice. Taste is watermelon, watered down berry. Little wheat body to it.
2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Chickencoop (188) - California, USA - APR 17, 2010
Pour and smell - Poured amber out of the bottle, little foam or lacing as a drank it. Smelled like Flinstones candy, the purple ones I think.
Taste and Mouthfeel - tasted to sweet, I like lambics, and most US candy beers, but this tasted like the candy vitamin dissolved 80% with a bit of chunks floating around. Mouthfeel was to sweet and an off tasting finish.
Drinkability - there are better rasberry beers out there, Marin BrewCo has one of the best, this is not that.
2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 cheapdark (2965) - Quiptown & Central Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 23, 2010
Darker than pale lager. but just as clear. Clean, possibley bordering on artifical perfectness raspberry smell. Initially unsweetened raspberry taste impact. Typical fruit beer attitude. Has a medium bitter fruit flavoring character. Did I say it was like many fruit beers? Ale-ish bite on the finish. Should have tasted under better circumstances.

From a bottle poured a brown color with a fair amount of head. Nice light raspberry flavor with a typical wheat beer flavor.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 ChainGangGuy (3837) - Canton, Georgia, USA - NOV 23, 2009
12 ounce bottle - $1.79 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours out a near clear, dark orange-amber body with a bubbly, frothy, off-white head.
Smell: Certainly smells of raspberries with some roundabout bread-based malt hints lurking in the back.
Taste: And, what do you know, it does indeed taste of sweet raspberries. Secondary to this is the bready, toasty malted barley and wheat character. No real hop character or bitterness. Pretty much, it’s the raspberries, of that there is no mistake. Drying finishes with final tastes of bread and good ole, wholesome raspberries.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-plus carbonation. Some smoothness to the mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Smooth, easy drinking with the full taste of raspberries. Yep, it’s a fruit beer alright.
2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 kramer (3461) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 17, 2009
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear dark gold body with a small tight bubbled off-white head that fell to a thin covering. The nose is pretty decent, smells like raspberry candy with a little bit of wheat. The taste doesn’t have much to back up the nose though. The raspberry is thin and artificial tasting with an unoffensive American Wheat base. A little lingering huskiness after the flavoring fades. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation, there’s not much to sink your teeth into here. Could be worse though.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 JPDIPSO (4957) - Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 15, 2009
Dark golden color with a taller, somewhat creamy looking ecru colored head. Raspberry jelly scents, along with a hint of dough. Smells like raspberries, so no deceptive labeling here. Much drier in flavor than the aroma suggest. Initial bit of malt followed by a dry not quite ripe raspberry taste. Finish is grainy and has some dry grass or weeds. Linger is fairly short with some grains and raspberry pulp.
