Saisonbier - Festbier Bierart / Biergattung Stammwürzgehalt Alkoholgehalt Farbe Hopfenbitter untergäriges Vollbier 13,5 % Stammwürze 5,6 - 5,8 vol % goldfarbe - dunkles bernstein Bier eine milde Hopfenbittere Charakteristik: Weiches, malzbetontes, körperreiches, kräftiges, süffiges Bier mit einer leichten Hopfenbittere Brauprozess: Oftmals Einsatz von Spezialmalzen; Vergärung nicht so hoch wie beim Pils. Malzsorten: Pilsner Malz 60 %, Münchner Malz 40 % Geschichte des Bieres: Das Bier wurde zum Anlass einer Großbauern Hochzeit gebraut und daraus entstand das allseits bekannte Oktoberfest in München. On tap. Comes as "Husumer Bernstein". Pours a clear amber with a creamy, off-white head. Sweet caramel and malt in the nose. Medium body, good solid malt base with distinct caramel accents. Finish is dry - again with surprisingly present alcohol. 231009

Bottled from tap, comes as "Husumer Bernstein". Clear deep amber colour with a medium white creamy head. Aroma has roasty caramel and a good deep maltiness. Flavour is pleasantly sweet with a deep maltiness and caramel, light bitterness.

Clear medium orange amber color with a average, creamy to frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, berry - plum notes. Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of grain, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish.
