Bottled. A slightly hazy golden beer with a huge off white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and some minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, hay, and some minerals, leading to a dry finish.

UPDATED: FEB 27, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Served almost clear, with an orange-golden color and a white head. The flavor is almost weiss-like in the start, at least there’s banana and wheat there, but it’s more subdued after a while. Fruity start on the flavor, with banana and citrus, pale malt and bitterness coming shortly after. Medium, effervescent mouthfeel and a fruity finish. Quite pleasant and refreshing in the heat.
