Hazy medium grey yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, moderate to light heavy banana and clove. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090706]

Cloudy gold with a small white head. Aroma is of wet grass, citrus, and wheat. Taste is of citrus and wheat.

It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has initial notes of meat/raw meat "juice", but fortunately they disappear and leaves room for yeast, wheat and light banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of mild yeast with undertones of baking yeast, wheat and very light banana. The finish is sweet and slightly yeasty/spicy. A bit boring.

Hefiger und eindeutig bananiger Geruch (zumindest Banane taucht bei mir auf). Antrunk hefebetont und sehr bananig. Bananige und aromatische Züge auch im Mittelteil. Schwach bitteres Ende. Gar nicht soo schlecht. Das Bier erscheint mir aber zu eindimensional, da es sehr stark die bananigen Aromen hervorkehrt.Test vom 20.9.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Hefig-süßer und etwas muffiger Antrunk. Dabei wird das Bier zum Mittelteil herber während die anderen Aromen abflachen. Die Verhältnisse bleiben auch weiter bestehen, mildern sich im Abgang aber erneut ab. Wenig spritzig. Ok. 9/6/7/7/7/7

Hazy golden yellow colour with small white head. Wheat, malt, grain, caramel, banana and fruit in aroma. What, fruits, caramel and grain in flavour. Good Hefeweizen.

0.5 l bottle. Hazy orange color. Sweet and tart aroma with ripe banana, smoke . Sweetish, grainy and tart flavor, pineapple, clove and pepper. Medium to full body. Nice weizen with tropical fruits and restrained spiciness.

Bottle, thx to MiP. A hazy orange beer with a nice-looking, dense, off-white head that stays. The aroma has banana and wheat, but is rather weak. Some cloves and lemon too. Sweet, banana flavor with cloves, wheat and yeast notes. Medium body with sufficient carbonation. Bubble-gum finish. A respectable hefe, but it lacks some on the aroma. 100813

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, wheat, some fruits, mild earthy notes as well as quite nutty. Flavour is wheat, fruits, nuts, some caramel and mild banana. Also some slight yeastyness.

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange, clove and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy yellow amber color with large head and mild effervescence. Slightly sweet orange, strong clove, and wheat malt flavor. Medium body. Nice - would have liked a stronger malt flavor though.
