COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The more cloudy the beer the better the joy. Because it is not filtered, the valuable yeast in the Huett remains naturally cloudy and will taste like that to you. Naturally it is not pasteurized and thus substantially more healthy. Therefore there is not Huett naturally cloudy in bottles, but freshly of the barrel in many restaurants. Ask your manager nevertheless times for Huett naturally-cloudy.

Swing top bottle from Quack-Duck. Blonde, hazy. Floral soft hoparoma. Medium bodied. Hopbitter flavor, floral with a hint of citrus. Well balanced brew.

Test vom 13.12.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,5,6,6,8,6 - 6,25

The aroma is toasted malts, bread, basement aromas. The flavor follows the aroma. The finish has a bittering from hops, and a sourdough component.

Grima (1574) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - FEB 26, 2011
The beer in the glass is pale yellow and medium cloudy. The foam appears shallow and short lived. Sour yeasty aroma, overall very cautious. The beer starts pleasantly yeasty, moderately acidic, with a fruity-fermented note, which gives the beer a fresh note. The aftertaste is subtle yeasty and spicy, fruity fermented again and herbal notes come through. The further course is mildly spicy, fruity and yeasty, with a slightly sour finish!

Bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass also. Small head, modest turbid. Starts quite dry and hoppy, a bit spicy, modest bitter. Not really yeasty. Finish well balanced, hoppy notes are dominating. Not bad!

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grass, some floral hops as well as bready malts. Flavour is grassy, sweet malts, some mild nutty notes as well as quite herbal. Quite bitter finish.

Swing-top bottle. Tin and hay malt aroma. Cloudy medium yellow color with moderate head. Sweet hay malt and lightly bitter metallic hops flavor. Nice body. Pretty good - extra hoppy but metallic tones off-putting.

Bottle, 4.9%. Weak baking yeast aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has a little OK yeast, but gets quite grainy in the finish.
