Hazy matt medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruit, yeast. Quit simple aroma ! Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120417]

Bottle: cloudy, almost amber coloured, very stable mid-sized off-white lacy head; ripe bananas and cloves in the nose; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied; quite solid sweetish-fruity finish with a tinge of yeast, light tartness in the aftertaste. Good and pleasant Weizen..............

(bottle) Cloudy, orange colour with a thick foamy white head. Moderately sweet wheat-malty aroma with notes of bubblegum, green bananas and cloves. Slightly sour and tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a refreshing and well-matured carbonation. Moderate wheat-character, slightly yeasty taste with notes of banana and vanilla; dry-ish, slightly sour, wheaty and slightly grainy finish with a touch of cloves. Decent Weizen (19.X.08).
