Bottle, thanks Pivnizub! Bready, aromatic abd grassy hop nose. Amber, golden, creamy lacing head, fine carbonation. Sweet fruity (apples, pears, peach) base, bread, good aromatic hop play. Chewy, mellow mouthfeel, sparkling in the back of the throat. I got a bit nervous when I saw hints of mold hiding under the bottle cap, but it was luckily not spoiled in any way - I would have hated to be cheated from this experience.

Bottle: Clear, golden to deep golden, smaller persistent lacy off-white head; sweet-malty, bisquity nose with a good dash of herbal hops underneath; robust sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; bisquity and distinctive hoppy, but not very bitter finish. Fine, well balanced Märzen.......

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a big and cream-coloured dense foamy head. Sweet cara-malty with notes of biscuits and shades of honey, accompanied by herbal hops and a tinge of metal. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Caramel-malty and fairly bready taste with shy notes of honey and herbal hops coming up towards the medium-dry and moderately hop-bitter finish. Quaffable and rounded brew (14.X.08).

(Bottled) Hazy golden with a very small head. Quite diacetylic, toffeeish, sweetish aroma with some syrup. Pretty strong diacetyl also in the flavor, along with toffee, some vegetables and roasted malt. Medium-bodied, smooth and low-carbonated palate. A soft and quite full-bodied märzen, in which the diacetyl blends in in a quite pleasant way.
