Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. Ruby appearane. Huge mountainous head. Enormous reminiscence of mulled wine in the nose. Plums, pears, christmas cake from my grandma, walnuts and jam tarts appearing too. Apples sneaking in late. Very interesting. Full bodied. Great head retention. Nutmeg and pear are most present in the finsh. Extremely interesting. Thanks a lot Quack-Duck!

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive light brown foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained not much carbonic acid in the glass.
The beer has a clear dark brown color and a aqueous taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a very malty touch. This beer smells malty.

Hardly any smell and it looks like a bok, so nothing special about that. But it’s nice and warming and very tasteful. Hints of coffee and darkred fruit, lot of ’winter’ tastes. Also heavy.
