3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Bottle 30 cl) Courtesy of MiP. Clear, warm orangey brown with an off-white head. Lightly vinous aroma of roasted malts. Quite full-bodied completely dominated by clean and sweetish roasted malts perfectly balanced by some bittering hops. A nice and harmonious brew. 240807

I had this "criminal dilicious" beer in end spring. It was a good beer but a bit too bitter.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
(bottle) Hazy reddish-brown hue with yeast floaties and a small foamy beige head. Sweet nose with roasted malts and yeasts. Moderately sweet flavour and taste, medium body, lively carbonated mouthfeel. Initially roast-malty taste with caramel. Almost dry finish with a sharp roast-malty bitterness. Decent but not very convincing brew.

Bottled. 0.75 l Dark red colour with sediment floating in it. Bubbly, quickly diminishing head. Aroma is malty, yeasty, a bit woody and with a high level of fruitiness, especially strawberry. Vineous, malty, medium to high sweetness. Ends sweet, but with a hoppy and lasting mild bitterness. Low carbonation, medium body. I don´t know, I think I don´t like it. Thanks go out to bierkoning for the bottle.

Quite good bock. Not too strong aroma, with malty notes. Very dark coloured, redbrown. Nice soft sweetness with a roastlike bitterness. Not very special, but a decent Bock.

Keg, Amsterdam BBF2003. Ruby red, low head and moderate condition. Malt and roast barley in the nose, joined by some hop flavour and yeastiness in the mouth. Sweet and yeasty finish. When I asked why the beer was in Sandersdorfer Schlossbier (Germany) kegs the man who served me said "thats where it was brewed"
