Bottle 300ml.
Unclear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091114]

Don’t know what they put in this beer, but it smells awful. Color and taste are ok, carbo a little too much.

30cl bottle. Fairly drinkable witbeer but not my favourite. Decent carbonation.

On tap at Haarlem Culinair as Sint Franciscus Salland’s Weizen. Hazy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of grainy malts, light wheat, a bit of banana. Flavour is light sweet, mostly dry, grainy, some banana, yeast, grainy light bitter finish with some lemon. Light bodied. Not very good.

Can’t really explain what I don’t like about this beer. Yeast? Malt? Anyway, I don’t like it,

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat and some fruits. The flavor has strong notes of pomerans, as well as medium notes of spices, caramel, caramel, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

30 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small, dense and white head. Aroma is dry estery and wheaty. Light spiced and banana fruity. Dry and wheaty to estery finish.

Tap at Haarlemse Biermarkt: Hazy yellow brew with some decent thirstquenching abbilities.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with medium creamy white mostly lasting head. Wheaty aroma. Sweet flavor. Bitter finish.

Bottle. This is a witt, not a hefe! Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty heavy hoppy aroma. Lots of citrus and lemon-notes. Light bitter flavor. MOderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice beer.
