(bottle) Cloudy and hazy amber colour with a foamy off-white medium head. Chocolate and caramel aroma with yeasts. Soft sweet malty flavour and taste, slightly toasted, non-fruity, crispy carbonation, chocolatey and light hoppy finish. Quaffable Dunkelweizen, which is very close to a Dunkel.

Unclear medium to dark amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, caramel, moderate yeasty, fruit, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111125]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Phenollic, yeasty nose. Medium body, caramel and fruit but the heavy yeast and phenols dominate. 261111

Bottle. More or less clear, dark amber in color and with a dense, finger-thick, off-white head that lasts. There’s caramel and a touch of banana on the nose, but I think the bubble gum is running the show. The flavor goes in the same direction, a good dash of bubble gum, with caramel and banana in the back. Medium body, a bit cardboardy. A decent dunkelweizen, but rather uninteresting. 111125

Bottle. Sweet toffee malt, banana, and clove aroma - mouth watering. Cloudy orange-brown color with small head. Slightly sweet chocolate toffee malt flavor with light banana - lighter than the aroma would lead you to believe. Medium body - pretty nice.

Dark brown colored with strong hazyness. Little yellow head. Nice dunkelweizen aroma with good combination of grains and banana, mild hops with sweetness here also. Medium bodied, crispy palate. Flavor is also nice with same grainy-banana, mild licorice comes up too. Interesting brew with this licorice, it turns to herbal note in aftertaste.
