Bottle. It pours a hazy yellowish orange body under a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma has bubble gum and banana with some grainy maltyness. Grainy maltyness, some bitterness and banana, bubble gum and cloves in the flavor. Medium body, quite dry and effervescent. Bubble gum and grains in the end. I don’t car too much for the alcohol free weissbiers, this one’s no exception. 111127

Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, cereal, wheat, light to moderate yeasty, sour yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, cereal, sour yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111127]

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2012 Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Yeast dominates the nose. Thin body, minerally and mashy with the yeast being the main feature throughout. Ends dry with a little salt and slight tartness. A yeast beer, quite simply. 27111

Bottle @ Early Ulfborg Winter Gathering Season 11/12. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Paper, dust and grain. Banana and an acidic note. A bit thin body. Fresh baked bread.
