It’s unclear golden with a creamy, long lasting, white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, banana, other fruits and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast, banana and other fruit, wheat and the finish is spicy - really lovely and well balanced!

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2012 Sarà che vado matto per le weisse (genere bistrattato secondo me) ma a me è piaciuta. Aroma classico di banana con un sottofondo di pane integrale. Al palato si sente subito la crosta di pane, popcorn e una " pannosità bananosa" inframmezzata, ahimè, da un pò di acquosità! Resta comunque una piacevole Weisse.

Geruch hefig, leicht würzig und nelkig. Gewürznelkiger Antrunk, etwas stürmisch, dann beruhigt sich das Bier. So gibt sich die Mitte eher zurückhaltend fruchtig und bananig. Malzig und feinherb im Abschied.

Dunkelhefiger Antrunk auf eher mildem Level mit feiner Räuchernote. Mild bleibend, wenig herb, die Hefigkeit zieht sich zurück. Das Bier wird so mit der Zeit langsamer, da den schwächer werdenden Aromen nichts entgegengesetzt wird. Zum Ende laff hefig und etwas herb. 9/8/7/7/7/7
