Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, not completely clear, rapidly vanishing small white foam; moderate sweetish-grainy nose with a firm hoppy backbone; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; moderate to solid, quite dry, hoppy-grainy finish. Very decent Helles........

bottle from Degenhart Passau. Clear golden yellow, large white head. Very malty base with some nice aromatic and bitter hops. Well balanced.

It’s slightly hazy with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, flower bread, and the same notes are found in the slightly sweet flavor with the slightly dry finish with notes of straw.

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, light hoppy, dry grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

Clear light golden with a diminishing white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light herbal. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 280112

Bottle. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, straw and grass. Flavour is malt, straw, hops, grass, little sweet and a little bitter.

Clear golden of color with a small white head. An aroma of butter, sweets, malt and hay. A flavor of sweets, malt, hops and weak butter.

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours clear pale yellow with a small off white head. Grassy and grainy nose and flavor. Dry and bitter. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt and hops.

(bottle) Clear golden colour with a big but diminishing frothy white head. Light sweet malty nose with honey and a herbal hoppy note. Medium dry and crisp mouthfeel, medium to light bodied. Malty taste with straw and a slightly herbal hoppy, dry finish. Okay but not very remarkable.
