Weak woody in the background. Taste has medium caramel sweetness, medium earthy bitterness, little bit harsh in the after taste. Body is full to medium, medium carbonation, light oily texture.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Flaske: Mudre brun let diset farve med et flot skumhoved. Duften er kraftig maltet med en smule sukker. Smagen er meget maltet men stadig godt frisk grundet en fin humling. Fin øl men ikke til at falde i svime over.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
(Bottle). A peculiar beer that I find difficult to describe with words. Most prominent, however, is a sweet fruitiness mixed with spices ... Strange!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very different bitterness on this one, very different ale in general, I guess it’s a Sahti. Rye is nice, very nice mouthfeel, a bit fruity feel to it, quite a bit bitterness, but nicely balanced, and the malt gives very interesting new falvours that I don’t really resemble with beer, but soy, maybe butterscotch, and leather feel to it...

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours hazy brown with resemblances to a Belgian dubbel. However the nose has some cherry, and maybe vanilla alongside the traditional plum and raisins of the dubbel. Taste is also dark fruits. The mouthfeel and body however is lighter than expected and the carbonation is quite low.
- with thirst, Niklas

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A really special one with some ripe fruits and raisins in the back. What makes that one is that deep licorice aroma in the end. I hate licorice but how they included that aroma here is just fantastic.
