(Draught@Black Door) Slightly hazy amber with a small, tight and lacy head. Quite crisp, lemongrassy, British-hoppy aroma. Fruity, flowery-hoppy flavor with a dry, bitter finish. Medium-bodied, quite carbonated palate. A nice and crisp-hoppy bitter.

Draught@Black Door
Hazy amber color, creamy white head. Ashy and leafy aroma. Hops come sharp and biting: first they attack then mellow down. Crisp, refreshing bitter, with almost IPA-like hopping. Bittersweet, flowery hopping with long lasting aftertaste. Excellent brew from Huvila.

Not as good as Huvila´s original bitter. A good bitter, easy to drink but nothing special. A lack of personality is the only problem comparing to the other Huvila ales.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 MesandSim (7109) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 18, 2007
A Mes rate:
Draught at Bruxellensis. Nice bight amber colour with a slight off white head. Decent spicy hop aroma that is very bitter and dry. Flavour very much along the same lines. Light fruity notes and some malt underneath giving it pretty good balance. Very delicate caramel lending it a bit of sweetness. Bitter finish. Thoroughly enjoyable and very English. Much better than thousands of others we have to choose from over here.

Draugh (Black Door, Helsinki)
Rich brown colour, thick creamy head. Gingery bitter smell. Sweet malty taste, but plenty of citrusy hops - grapefruit. Long malty finish, even longer bitter finish.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 fiulijn (10421) - Como, ITALY - AUG 22, 2007
Draught at Black Door, Helsinki Beautiful amber color, hazy; thin creamy head. The aroma is nice, but light. Good body strength, dry mouthfeel, strong caramel flavor, and a growing bitterness, very powerful at the end; in the final the malt and the hop mix very well together into a toffee impression. The final is extremely long. A perfectly brewed English styled Ale.
