Bartender discussed the #1-#3, said they are base beer (“Dessert Storm”?) aged in bourbon barrels (Wild Turkey?). The #1 is 2 months aged, #2 6 months, and #3 10 months.

#1 – Sepia black, large bubbled cream ring. Dusty anise and chocolate syrup rule the nose, a bit of oat emerges. Flavor is very sweet, inky in dusty chocolate, very little malt or bourbon compared to #2, less wood but very syrupy with a short finish.

wunderbier (1434) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 27, 2010
from old notes Jet black and near-still in appearance. Aroma heavy on the oak and chocolate; prunes and alcohol; vanilla. Bold flavors of brown sugar, bourbon and vanilla, chocolate and even salmiakki. Very slick texture, low carbonation, a little alcohol thinness on a very big body. Great beer, well integrated.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a brown head. The aroma is very roasted combined with some notes of alcohol. The flavor is very sweet malty combined with notes of soy sauce, roasted malt, and dark sweet chocolate, leading to a dry roasted finish. The body is nice. Thanks Parick for sharing.

Ethereal (2399) - Los Angeles, California, USA - DEC 7, 2008
Bottled at EBF 2008, Copenhagen. Deep dark brown appearance. Very, very sweet on the nose and the tongue. Tastes like it contains a ton of icing sugar. You need a sweet tooth for this beer.

Miksu (4025) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - DEC 4, 2008
UPDATED: MAY 24, 2009 0.33 l bottle. Black color, virtually no head. Sweet woody bourbon aroma. Sweet flavor with bourbon, vanilla, salty licorice and soft roasty maltiness. Tasty but not completely in balance. The bourbon is overpovering and roastiness does not back up heavy sweetness.
