A very traditional bitter from Huvila. Styrian Golding makes the difference.

Draught @ SOPP, Helsinki. Slightly hazy amber, tiny light beige head. Nose has citric hops, hints of raisins, dull’ish. Flavor is dryish caramel, little ashy yeast, spicy hoppiness , hint of nuts and grain in the coarse finish. Light bodied, average soft carbonation. Maybe boring, but I guess I could session with this.

Tap at Angleterre. Coppery amber, yellowy thick head, looks delicious. Nose has hops, caramel, malts. Flavor has roastiness, malts, caramel, earthiness and nice hoppy bitterness. Full and flavorful, even some citrus there, fresh. Good, extra points for being only 4,x %.

Draught 0.3L at Willi Väinö. Pale beige head. Mild nose. Slightly hazy pale amber colour. Slightly roasty malty taste. Some fuitiness. Lacey forming head. Average hoppiness. Slightly dull end.

Draught at Angleterre, Helsinki, Finland. Hazyish golden colour with small off-white head. Weak hoppy aroma. Fruity and caramel sweet flavour with some hoppy bitterness. Definitely OK.

HBF09 Damn good! Acrid and dry hops. delicious slightly bitter. a bit of caramel. good body.

Draught@HBF’09. Amber color, firm white head. Hoppy aroma. Bitter flavor with some nutty notes. Medium body, medium carbonation. Ok bitter.

Draught at Gloria, Kuopio. Amber color with creamy head. Fruity, nutty, biscuity and hoppy aroma with citrusy hops. The flavor is also fruity, hoppy and nutty with firm bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Good bitter.

Draught (Helsinki Beer Festival 2009) - Dark amber in colour. Slightly hoppy aroma with a slight smoky hint. Fruity and hoppy taste with hints of dried fruit and more smoky elments.
