Une fine mousse blanc cassé, couleur cuivre pâle, arôme aigre, belles bulles, au goût un mélange de sucré acide assez fruité. Bière légère réservée pour la soif. 25Cl Vanuxeem

yngwie (15566) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 11, 2015
Bottle. A clear, dark golden beer topped by a small, off-white head. Some lacings. The aroma is fruity, sugary and lightly plagued by cooked vegetables. There’s a touch of bitterness in the flavor, with pale malts, some citrus peel and cooked vegetables. Medium body, sweetish and soft on the palate. Long fruity finish with some cooked vegetables and white sugar. Rather disappointing this one. Not that I was expecting much, but still. 150711

Brewed in honour of the city of Ghent, deep orange blonde, hazy, with off-white head. Iron in the nose, peach, yeast, honey, estery taste with sourish accent, rather thin body, yeasty, metallic, moderately herbal bitterish finish. Not well executed, as usual with this brewery...
