2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Ungstrup (24000) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - MAR 13, 2006
A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a touch of straw. The flavor is only sweet malty and the body is thin. The best thing about this beer is the label. Earlier Rating: 6/6/2004 Total Score: 1 The aroma is sour of hops and brewing cereal. The color is orange and it has no head. The flavor is bad; sour from brewing cereal and watery. Don’t try this one.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Papsoe (23020) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 5, 2007
(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a small, white head. Aroma of malt and brewing cereal. Medium body, lightly malty with a metallic edge. Fairly bitter finish. The "sexy girl" on the label is amazingly 70’ish retro. 050107 Earlier Rating: 7/6/2005 Total Score: 2.4 (Bottle 33 cl) This original version from brewery Villers. And Villers really had a thing about odd "gadget" beer - like the green coloured Paranoia with the hippo on the label. And now this daring, sexy label... Pale golden, small white head. Good, solid body (the beer - not the babe...) and a rather hoppy finish. Actually quite a decent lager. 080698

33 cL bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Light pilsner malt aroma. Flavour is sweet malty, not overly so - but still, slight cardboard note. Leading into a flat finish with no bitterness nor sweetness.

Bottled (Bought from Willems@Grobbendonk). Dark golden/orange colour with big creamy off-white head. Aroma is really strong grassy hops along with yeast and fruits. Flavour is grassy, fruity and slightly caramelly and yeasty. Not the typical pils, quite much feeling like pils meets Belgian ale.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 fiulijn (10421) - Como, ITALY - MAY 6, 2004
UPDATED: JUN 26, 2007 2006-06-30, 4-2-4-2-7=19 Blond color. Common aroma and taste. Brewed OK for being a mass lager, nothing else.
2004-05-03, 3-2-4-2-6=17 Very light color. Both the aroma (very light) and the flavor just have some straw character; residual sweetness. Useless.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 thewolf (8666) - Kolding, DENMARK - OCT 4, 2008
Bottle, bought @ Fish’n’Beer, Cph.
Pours very pale golden with a big, creamy, white head. Sweet malty aroma with some brewing cereal. High carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, a touch of metal and citric hops. Not magnificent, but not all bad. Some slight dryness in the finish.
