Bottle shared at RBWG! Pours a clear copper with no head or lacing. Aroma is supper boozy and sweet honey. Taste is less boozy, but still an astringent honey alcohol. It is a mead, but not one that I want to go back to and try again.

Amber color. The aroma is mild, nice, fruity. The flavor is sweet, not syrupy, with mild caramelly honey, nice fruity character, providing also some astringency. Good alcohol management. Good, although not overly complex.

Bottled, thanks fiulkijn! Deep golden. Floral honey sweetness dominates. Near full bodied witg rounded mouthfeel. Tropical fruits dripping with sticky honey. Some menthe and white pepper in a warming finish.

Bottle at DSG 2011. Deep golden colour . Aroma is honey, sugar, flower. Flavour is honey, , sugar, alcohol, fruit, flower.. Nice mead.

[ Shared by Geokkjer ]. Clear medium amber orange colour with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, alcohol. Flavour is light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, honey, alcohol, sharp, ruff, fruit - berry acidic notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light to moderate alcoholic. [20110820]

Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a clear, dark golden mead, flat. Honey, some flowery notes and a lurking alcohol touch on the nose. Full-bodied, warming and quite sweetish on the palate, finishing quite warming and flowery. A solid dose of honey in the flavor, and a flowery touch. A really nice and tasteful mead, not too warming either. 110820
