On tap at the Hyde Park Brewery. Pours a very hazy and cloudy gold with a medium white head that falls rather quickly. Banana and wheaty esters, and a bit of that classic Hyde Park Brewery infection aroma. What started off looking and to some degree smelling promising, turns up weak, thin, and empty in the body. There’s really no flavor here. Vegetal finish with a bit of grain and plastic, a touch of banana and yeast. Another beer with promise if they’d just do things a little better.

Tap. Great complextion, cloudy golden yellow. Fruity and floral nose, with aromas of spice, banana, and vanilla. Flavor was combination of spicy fruit, apricot, and toasty cereal and caramel accents. Medium to full body and smooth to the palate. A nice beer.

on tap–pours a white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is banana, some wheat. Taste is bananan, some wheat, clove/pepper, creamy/smooth. Soft carbonation.

Cloudy in appearance. Has a hint of clove and banana. Interesting, with a banana aftertaste.
