Cask at the 3 Greyhounds. Deep amber, rich nutty aroma. Earthy sweet aroma. Light spiciness. A bit watery with a hint of golding spiciness on the back of the palate.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber. Buttery malt aroma. Sweet malty taste, but it’s dominated by a delicious sour fruitiness. Some bitterness and a nettly aftertaste. Pretty much exactly what I expect from a middle-strength bitter. Top notch pint, beautifully served.
