An IPA with the balance of our regular IPA. In addition to traditional kettle hopping and dry hopping, this Fresh hop beer was made using mash hopping, first wort hopping and a hop back. Twelve pounds of fresh Cascade and Centennial hops per keg give this IPA an explosion of fresh hop flavor.

On Tap at the BrewPub Hazy deep golden. Huge sandy head. Very mild soft hop "pale ale" flavors and aromas. Very soft light hoppy flavors..but easy and pleasant.

22 oz bottle from Full Throttle, served in a pint glass. Pours slightly hazy dark golden with thick, almost chewy white head. Aroma is grassy, earthy vegetal hops. Taste is substantial, lightly sweet caramel malt with big grassy woody hops strong on the finish. Not quite as bitter as the regular IPA. Tasty, and clearly fresh, but not as strong on the hop flavor as others.

Bomber; thanks Clint; slightly cloudy orange with thin creamy white head; sticky, pine and buttery hops; slight fruity astringency and sticky dry finish; a yummy and warming IPA; just a tad buttery to me overall

22. Pours a murky burnished dark amber with a big, thick, sudsy platinum blond head. Lots of sheeting, stringy lace. Big piney, grapefruity nose. Creamy medium body. Toast, caramel, nuts, pine, and grapefruit on the mid palate. Long piney finish. Very appealing IPA. Bold hop flavor, though not exceptional for a beer from the Yakima Valley that takes "Fresh Hop" as its name.

1/2 pint at Yakima Fresh Hop Fest. Clear light copper. Nice citrus and grassy fresh hops. Tad soapy, but solid. Slight sugary malt comes through in the aroma.
