Commercial Description:
This is a medium-bodied, amber colored beer with a distinctive aroma and refreshing flavor. Northern brewer, centennial and cascade hops are combined with caramel barley to achieve a delightful balance of natural sweetness and assertive hop finish. Harvest Pale Ale is dry-hopped to give this beer an amazing hop aroma. It’s an excellent choice for the descriminating palate. Harvest Pale Ale is available in bottles and draft and is best served at 45°F-50°F.

On tap at the brewery. Tasty pale ale with a big hop bouquet. Lots of pine hop character in this as well, but still remains balanced. This was right up there with the IPA for best on the tray.

From a growler filled today. Amber color with a modest head and lacings. Floral, fruity aroma. Taste is bitter orange with a malt profile that barely supports the hops. Hops are bitter, somewhat piney, and quite fresh tasting. Some earthiness in the palate. Decent APA, very drinkable.

On tap at the brewery. Good stuff. Pours almost a deep golden brown with orange hints. Very light aroma mainly consisting of fairly sweet malts. Flavor is inviting, and gets right into the pale aspect of things right away. Almost a burnt hop flavor exists, but its good, and draws you back for more. VERY piney - the body, the finish, the flavor. Burnt pine...yes, and then sour pine towards the finish that lingers (I’m noticing they’re good at finishes here). Good stuff, wonder how it is bottled.

Poured a copper-amber body with a small but frothy white head. Nose of crisp floral hops. Bitter, crisp, and robust finish. Mild but very flavorful.

Pours a nice amber color. Aromas of caramel, malts, and a touch of hops. Flavor is malty with a nice hop bitterness.
