DTM (541), Winters, California, USA Aug 26, 2008 I keep trying these bad beers and they pretty much all taste the same....sweetened water. I did notice the alcohol taste a little more than in the other macro brew pale lagers. It’s cheap..you get what you pay for. Neematoad (71), , Illinois, USA Aug 22, 2008 Updated: Jul 12, 2009My guilty pleasure. Is a cheap, not bad tasting beer if you just want something to consume in mass quantities. Will have this everyday of the week over a bud light or high life. Has a little bit of a strong alcohol taste but is nicely masked by the hop taste. Finishes fairly smooth. SHIG (2012), Aviano, Italy Aug 22, 2008 Bottle: Poured a clear pale yellow color with a foamy white head. The aroma is very skunky with sweet grass. Taste is carbonated zing with grass, malt, and metallic hops. Strykzone (1459), Wood River, Illinois, USA Aug 22, 2008 Had this at a golf course where there were no good alternatives. Some wood and metallic tastes. Mom taught me that if you can’t say anything nice then don’t say anything at all. I will take her advice. urnamesucks (92), New York City, New York, USA Aug 21, 2008 Nothing to write home about. Although college was good for something, an appreciation for cheap beer. Only drank from cans, but it was cold so I drank it. project359 (3), Greenville, Texas, USA does not count Aug 20, 2008 From the cheap beers available on the market, this is better than some but still a cheap beer. Weak/flat taste with hardly any aroma but with no unpleasant after taste. AOF (282), Naperville, Illinois, USA Aug 14, 2008 Had this at my brother-in-law’s house, basically all he had. Really just awful. Minimal "beer" flavor and aromas. Specifically for getting drunk only, but so many choices at this level and I could never see myself drinking this again. MexiFinn (42), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA Aug 4, 2008 So bad it’s good, provides a good cheap buzz... best "enjoyed" (AKA, chugged) chilled... really chilled, not any worse than a "Stella Artois," the pretentious, lower alcohol content, overpriced Euro-macro. Cheers!
