1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 RONCOD (177) - Uledi, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 24, 2009
Pale yellow with a thin white head. Not much in the way of flavor. OK if you are really thirsty and need something to drink.

The best that can be said for this beer is that it goes down smooth and easy. I drank four of these at a poker game last week and barely noticed them as down they went. A slight notch above the truly bad pale lagers, at least I can taste an attempt at hoppiness.

can, clear yellow with loose foam, aroma is nondescript corn, flavor is sweet, watery, some fizz
4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 ronaldtheriot (360) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - JUN 15, 2009
One of the best of the value-priced ice beers. I drank this beer, because I found it to be the closest to Dixie Beer in taste and appearance. This wonderful lager should go well with just about anything one would care to eat while drinking beer. This product goes highly recommended.
0.9 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 coyotehunter (621) - , Michigan, USA - JUN 15, 2009
Ahh Joel, you are welcome indeed. My Dad deserves the honor for pulling this out of the basement, handing it to me and saying"where did this come from?". Best guess is My sister bought a case about 14 years ago, and this is the last of it. Kind of pee yellow in color, with an almost perfumey honey and fruit smell. This is better than when it was fresh, yet still very unexciting. Sucked then, sucks now.
1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 MrBunn (2006) - Western, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 14, 2009
Can with wild love to Matt. This can is at least ten years old and has waited for a while for this holiest of days. Pours an unspectacular gold and has aromes of light fruit and honey. Flavor is similar enough to the nose and I’m wondering just how much this has improved with age. Memory serves that this was an alcoholic’s dream before but this is a mead-like mess.
3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 BDawg82 (65) - Jackson, Mississippi, USA - JUN 13, 2009
UPDATED: JAN 28, 2011 Decent aroma with a light golden coloration. Tastes mildly sweet with an otherwise full body, but leaves a rather unpleasant aftertaste. Pleasing consistency. Better than the other domestic "ice" beers.
By the way, a signature Friday night combination that me and my brother have dubbed the Icy Piper consists of a half pint of the cheap and delicious 100 Pipers Scotch either interspersed with or chased by a tall boy of Icehouse. They seem to complement each other strangely well.

Can. WOW. Well, no color, very transparent. Mild extra mild aroma. Typical american large run production. Flavor is ok. Light fizzy flavor. But a dollar for 24oz. adds points to my overall score. grat cheap beer
