COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Icehouse, the first domestically brewed ice beer, allows ice to form during the brewing process creating a bold, hoppy beer with no watered-down taste.

I’ll defend this one. Icehouse is probably the best of the domestic cheapies. It tastes decent; even if you don’t like it, you’ll be drunk fast enough that you won’t care.

Pretty boring. Only a little bit more taste than most mass brewed beers. Ice brewing sucks.

I’m not impressed. It tastes just like another cheap macro-brew.

This beer was ll the rage when it first came out here in Birmingham. It supposedly had a high alcohol content, so all my drinking buddies were drinking it like it was water. I guess the idea is that you’re willing to put up with it’s nasty taste for a quicker buzz. Then they pulled it off the market and re-released it with a lower A/C. It still sucked. Not a very good beer.
