I think this is a better version of the Miller premium beers. There is a great taste of hops that comes though but still keeps the beer clean!

Not bad, but definitely not good. I have had better cheap beer before. I’ll only drink this when its offered to me.

Smells like cabbage and potatoes. Wow, it"s so ’bold and hoppy’--right. Has a bit of an acetone aroma/flavor, not that I"ve tasted acetone. Dry finish.

Watery beer, typical of mass production american beers. stronger than the usual beers. a college beer for sure. dont recommend it unless you are playing drinking games.

Foamy head, and a pretty nasty aroma that starts out being deceptively pleasant. This is a pretty typical pale lager, maybe a little sweeter than average. I can taste the corn, that is for sure. This beer conjures up images of the fluorescently lit 7-11 store off the highway in Virginia where I bought it. Somebody should start a campaign to get those stores to start selling some decent beverages. The iced tea that I got there was horrible. I would take Icehouse over Peak Gold iced tea anytime.

9/20/08 From a 16oz can. Aroma is sour and very bready. Appearance is clear straw yellow with almost no white head. Flavor is sweet malt forward with slight sourness, simple, with a medium-high metallic bittering. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a high carb texture and dry finish. Overall, hard to get down, doesn’t seem to taste that bad, but gives me a gag reflex; unsure of the cause.

the power beer! poundable when chilled, will get you drunk quick enough. Not that any of that makes it a quality beer, but those are my notes and i’m stickin with them. i do like the description though: no watered down taste. i suppose, but in comparison with real beers i’d probably disagree.
