Bottle conditioned. Flat and unhealthy looking cloudy orange colour with no head. Weak malty and fruity aroma. Same for taste. Oily mouthfeel. Unpleasant.

Cask at the Wellington Arms, Bedford. Pale amber with a white head. Very little aroma, perhaps a touch of hops. Pleasant, light malt taste with a bitter finish. Easy drinking session beer.

One of the nicest Iceni beers from the bottle that I have tried.A full bodied bitter with a gentle bitterness that lingers for quite a long time.Left some sediment at the end of drinking.

CASK, Battersea BF: Neutral nose, pale orange color and a low scumy head. Think weak malt body with a tinge of hops. Oily mouth feel and weak overall.

Cask, Battersea Beer Festival, London 2004: I really had sorrows with this beer as the ladies restroom was miles away to dump the rest of this terrible liquid down the drain. Orange color, little head, big farty nose. The most disgusting soapy brew at that festival.
