Half pint pulled at The Reedcutter in Cantley (Norfolk), a clear amber with a large white frothy head. Nice bubblegum and beery aroma. Very smooth with a strong malty aftertaste. Flowery on the front of the tongue and bubblegum again. Different, very tasty.

Gravity @ 5th Royal Oak Beer Festival. Sulphur aromas and a poor malt character similar to some lagers. Well balanced and fairly drinkable if you hold your nose.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Quite malty/bread/crackers, with some light sweetness. Got touches of pineapple and fruit salad, slight tinny edge. Light bodied, with some light sweet caramel aswell as the fruit mentioned. I don’t know, it was easy to drink, but not very distinctive.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Theobald Arms, Essex. Golden session bitter. Mostly neutral palate which initially plays sweet because it's so soft, but finishes almost dry. Softness is the key to this. A filling, gentle softness like a warm Spring day. Fine Soft Day is such an appropriate name for this tasty, fresh and fragrant brew which plays well with a soft brown sugar against some flowery hops, finishing long and lazy. Excellent.
