Aug 11, 2003 (Cask) Pale-amber, clear; 2cm white head. Nose of sewage, some hops, but AWFUL! Very bitter - not really hoppy, rather a bit metallic. Caramel retronasal. Thinnish, light . A beer with such a smell is bound to be condemned. Too bad - but if you presume brewing German Weisse, and manage NONE of the characteristics right!
