COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Clear yellow, no foam remaining. Typical pale lager aroma and taste, suppose it is OK in summer on the beach in Sardinia. (Milano 201511)

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours clear light yellow with thin white head. Almost no head. Aromas are malts and grass. Average carbonation, light body. Abrupt finish. Uninteresting.

Had a bottle in Siena. The beer is yellow to golden colored and pours a stable white head with average carbonation. The aroma is fresh with flowers and the sweetness of honey and citrus. Taste is light sweet and light bodied with some fruit notes but overal a watery texture. Finish is refreshing and light bitter. Fine with pizza but not outstanding. At least better than the normal ichnusa.

Gylden brun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter malt, korn og noe klor. Lett i smak, vannete. Noe bitterhet i avsluttningen

UPDATED: AUG 21, 2015 Nowadays, after knowing beer, the only way to bear an Ichnusa. But it must be by a Sardinian beach. Golden with dull aroma, less corn in taste than the traditional Ichnusa, they must have infuses a rotten hop cone in it and it left some bitterness. Mediocre.
