Schiuma abbondante e med. persistente, colore giallo paglierino, corpo lievissimo, acquoso, media carbonazione, appena dolce leggermente amaro il finale. Forse sotto il sole estivo della Sardegna può dissetare ma fuori stagione non è per nulla invitante, da non riprovare.

Bottle at home with Lyoli. Pours clear, light yellow with a large, white foam head. Cheap white bread nose, some straw and grainy cereal. Light sweet flavor, lots of doughy pale malts, cereal, white sugar, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly syrupy, more white sugar, white bread, hay, cereals, very mellow bitterness. It’s a fine pale lager.

33cl bottle at Giù al Nord, Udine. Grassy aroma, some citrus. Taste is medium sweet with some light biscuity malt also present. Carbonation medium. Finish short. Distinctly average.

Bardzo niesmaczne dla mnie piwo. Wielki koncern opanował i rozwodnił to piwo. Z Sardynią to chyba niewiele ma wspólnego bo produkcję przeniesiono do Mediolanu
