1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
BB 06.2016. Poured a crystal clear pale amber colour with a few millimetres of white foam for a head that diminished quickly but laced OK. Carbonation low and coarse. Aroma of grain and slightly sweet malt is quite pleasant but typical of a lager; no obvious hops. Taste malty with a slight sweetness no real hops bitterness. Light body. Crisp, refreshing mouthfeel but one to drink quickly to enjoy the best it has to offer. Typical of many lagers produced by macro-brewers.

Bottled, 330ml at Il Paradiso de Cibo Sardinian Restaurant, York. Fizzed gold with white head. Pretty standard corn like lager flavours, sweetish, thin. Luck find in a restaurant though.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Terrible basic, watery lager. Tastes weaker than it is at 4.7%. Pours pale yellow with no head. Medium carbonation. I’ll not make the mistake of trying this one again

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle. BB 07.2016. Pale, clear, yellowish amber with an off-white lacing head receding rather
quickly. Papery, malty on the nose. Taste follows suite. Naaah. Flattish bland boring pale
lager. Thin prickliness in the finish, going with the faint medicinal bitterness. It’s pretty damn

Can. Very syrupy, corny and paradoxically alcoholy both in aroma and flavour. Piss colour. Not worth looking out.

1.2 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
UPDATED: JUL 27, 2015 The "legendary" beer of Sardinia is nothing more than a Heineken shampoo good with a pizza. Macro lager without any special "feature". Pale golden with soapy head, aroma and taste of malts with some corn sweetness. Thin hops.
