On tap @ Capitol Beer & Tap Room; Pours a dark ruby brown with a creamy head that creates a thin lacing. Aroma of plums, brown sugar, tart cherries, ripe figs, woody, acidic. Taste isn’t as sour as the nose indicated though. Tart raspberries and cherries, plums figs, some brown sugar and caramel, some balsamic vinegar, and a bit of funky yeast residing. Moderate carbonation, smooth light to medium body, lingering finish. Good balance of sweet and tart.

Bottle at Tilt, april 30th 2016. Dark red body with a medium tanned head. Aroma of vanilla, red berries, toast and oak. Taste is sweet with a medium berry acidity, fruit and almond. Sticky sweet finish, light fruit aftertaste. Too sweet, the sourness doesnt get enough room.

Mejora bastante a medida q calienta. Habrá q volver a catarla.

Botella. Presencia carmesi con corona beige persistente y carbonatacion media. Aroma frutos rojos, levadura y licor.

Bottle at home, 2014 ed. Cloudy orange-brown ale, beige foamy head. Vinous, red fruity Belgian red ale notes, no real tardness, lacks depth of flavour. Light-medium body, low carbonation.
