Intense hop flavors and aroma are smoothly balanced in this medium bodied amber ale. With citrusy floral hop notes and a sweet-malty undertone, this American IPA is an amber beer dominated by rich Yakima grown hops. You will smell the hops, taste the hops, and feel the hops. Served in an American crafted traditional 16oz. pint glass.

09/14/2014 - From bottle in pils glass. Golden orange with lasting white, billowy head. Grapefruit and citrus and pine hop aroma, hints of malt. Hop forward, some biscuit malt notes and a resinous linger. Bit of an odd bitter, dry, flavor on the back of the tongue. Solid, well made west coast IPA. Very much to style but neither unique or exciting.

Hazy orange without much of a head means this isnít really a looker. Hops are restrained, actually kind of welcome. This isnít a pine bomb, instead you get smooth citrus and lots of fruit. Thick but refreshing mouthfeel. Totally adequate small town IPA.

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, hop pellets, citrus, orange and peach. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long caramel, citrus, orange and slightly pepper finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle:   Deep orange, a little fiery but hazy, moderate foamy off-white head, fairly nice lacing.   Candied citrus peel aroma.   Not terribly big in terms of hops.   Flavorful but not bitter.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Soft resin and citrusy hops on the finish.   Pretty simple, but at least its clean and not caustic.   Pretty much a sessionable IPA.

Bottle thanks to Lizzie and Daren, thanks! Pours a clear amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of pine and resin with a backing sweet bread note. Flavor is similar with resinous pine throughout the beer with a light grass backing.

Draft pour a McGlinns in Wenatchie, WA. Came in the pint glass an orange color with no head but a swirl after a sip raised some white foam. No lacing as the beer went down. Nose was citrus and pine. Medium body and a resinous mouthfeel. Flavor shows fruit along the citrus and pine. Must be malts there somewhere but hops dominate here. Dry bitter finish. Really good.
