COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A fresh, satisfying and easy drinking medium bodied golden ale. Moderately strong wheat flavor entwined with light hop character and a malty sweetness. Wheat based ales were originally made famous in Bavaria. This refreshing American version is cleaner and less fruity than its German counterpart. Served in an American crafted traditional 16oz. pint glass.

on tap, pours a clear Champagne gold with a nice head and pretty little bubbles. Nose is very lite, crisp, malt, and grapefruit. works as a good pallet cleaner or session beer. easy to drink.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is straw-colored with a medium thick and fluffy white head that dissipates steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, wheat and hops. Light body with flavors of bready malt, wheat and grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a grainy malt aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Draft at brewery: Light and refreshing beer. Pale yellow with a fluffy, lasting head. Lively carbonation. Doesnít offer much in the flavor department, but I donít think that was the intention. Malt side is bready with a hint of honey-like sweetness. Hop side offers a subdued bitterness and gentle aromas of herbs and spices.
