We’ve milled, mashed, brewed and fermented a bit of our local logging history and crafted a Lager that offers up a hint of our home. Like the surrounding Northwest forests these brave folks call home, this beer is complex in its subtleties. From a slightly sweet malty profile to a low Noble-hop aroma, our Lager combines local ingredients and local inspiration, which results in a beer that’s a cut above the rest. Serving: from tap at Icicle Brewing Company. Aroma: light hop. Appearance: very small, white, initial head with fair lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear, light-yellow body. Taste: lightly sour/citrusy initial flavor and finish with short duration. Palate: light body with watery texture and soft carbonation. Overall: not bad.

Pour is clear yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of corn, grass, slight cardboard, hints of green apple, bleh. Taste is a mix of grass, corn, biscuit, bread, hints of earth, green apple, cardboard, finishing fairly bitter, dry.

Pours a golden appearance with a white head. A little metallic, straw grainy, light lemon aroma. Not horribly sweet. A little corny, lightly toasted flavor. Some metal notes. Ehhh.

Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Terrible style, and tastes exactly like the style. A bit of corn in the nose, and wholly unremarkable. Drinkable, but that’s because it’s super inoffensive.
