COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Finally, a beer that pays homage to the hard working folks in our Valley; the trail crews and farmers, the lumberjacks and firefighters, we brew this for you. With a thirsty throat in mind, weíve created an amber lager that features a smooth, medium body, with a rich toasted malt aroma. The initial malty sweetness finishes fresh and clean... unlike its name. No need to wash up, just wash down.

Bottle from Michaelís in Moses Lake. Solid amber, but nothing memorable. Just avefast, through and through. Finishes fast, too fast.

Bomber from the brewery . Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A sweet fruity nose. The flavor is sweet toffee, tropical fruit, caramel, lighy toast. Solid.

Draft at the brewpub. A: Amber color, off-white head, some lacing. N: Corn, toffee, almost a clove/coriander combination, and itís all followed by a off-putting spice and floral element that I canít place. (And donít want to.) T: Sweet and lightly bitter. M: Light body, slick carbonation, no alcohol. O: This should be offensive and easy to drink. Instead, itís off, though not as badly as the colchuck. Would definitely take a Full Sail over this 100/100 times.

Draught at the brewery
Clean dark amber color. The aroma is too mild, but the flavor is very nice, with a balance of malt and caramel, and a touch of biscuits; bold bitterness.
Very good.

Bottle, 22oz. A clear, amber colored beer with a finger-thick light beige head. Caramel, bread and some fruity hints in the aroma, nice, but a bit too straight forward. That goes for the flavor too, where thereís a fine bitterness in addition to the caramel, bread and light tropical fruity hoppiness found tin the aroma. Medium to full body and a nice carbonation level. A bit short finish. Hoped for this to be an amber ale, but itís quite nice anyway. 140531

Bomber Aroma: malt forward of toasty biscuits and dark bread (Munich malty if you are familiar) with a nice dark fruit ester following. Appearance: deep red with a light beige creamy head that disipates quickly. Little lacing and fine legs. Flavor: malt forward and similar to aroma. Faint spicy floral hops in the background with a subtle bitterness. Clean lager esters behind it all. Slight alcohol. Mouthfeel: medium full body, creamy, well carbonated, finishes clean crisp and medium dry with the maltiness lingering Overall: quite drinkable in quantity. A nice northwest version of a viena lager or dark oktoberfest. If you are looking for a quality craft beer that is different than the ubiquitous ipa, give this a try.
