Really nice hoppy saison on tap at the brewery. Sorachi ace and Amarillo hops dominate with lemon, grape, and grapefruit. Nice saison flavor with spice and fruit finish.

Saisons are meant to be closer to this -- minus the aromatic American hops -- and its nice to see a saison below 5%. This has nice flavor, light and perhaps a bit one-dimensional, but the nose is very interesting. Good work.

On tap at Deep Ellum. Poured into a stemmed glass. Catching up on my notes from a year ago - really liked this one but did not write down any particulars other than "close to a 4" so will need to revisit.

Pouring at BBF in Boston. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Big bright hops, soft musk. Medium-bodied, musk, light wheat. Sweet musk. Musky, lemon and yeast into soft earthy bitterness.
